The Royal William Yard project aimed to revitalize the area, transforming it into a vibrant, community-focused destination. Driven by my passion for industrial architecture, I preserved the historic form of the buildings while introducing new elements that foster a sense of belonging. The project features an indoor street vendor market, with residential accommodations above, and includes a passageway connecting to adjoining buildings. This design seamlessly blends the yard's industrial heritage with contemporary use, creating a lively, interconnected space for both residents and visitors.
